CHRISTINA JUAREZ, Broker/Realtor®
Christina, a local area native, began Christina Holly Juarez Realty in 2014 shortly after obtaining her California Real Estate Broker license. She initially became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2007 and spent several years excelling at a local brokerage. You could literally say that real estate is in her blood. Christina has been exposed to the real estate industry from the time she could walk; frequently accompanying her mother when she too was a San Diego County real estate agent.
Christina is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She has earned her North San Diego County Association of Realtors Risk Mitigation Specialist designation, in addition to her National Association of Realtors GREEN and Military Relocation Professional Designations.
Having spent the bulk of her employment tenure in sales and being consistently exceptional at it, Christina understands both the deal process and how to negotiate skillfully on her clients’ behalf. She has an eye for the utmost attention to refinement and detail, is an excellent listener and communicator, and has the heart to deliver peerless customer service to each and every client.
Born and raised in Escondido, Christina now lives in Valley Center with her husband Michael and their 2 rescue dogs Fred & Logan. When not working or spending time with her family, Christina enjoys playing tennis or taking to the skies in single-engine airplanes. She’s a member of San Diego County Friends of Farming and is a Meals on Wheels and Tim Tebow Night to Shine volunteer.
